Lots going on here too: Before they arrived, I dug around the nearby sprinkler head (on the left) to see if the line ran east-west (not in the way) or north-south (a problem). Turned out to be, "E, none of the above," it appeared to only come in from the west (sidewalk). But in the course of digging, I broke the (eight inch!) riser.
Well these guys were good, they hit but did not break an unexpected section of sprinkler line running north-south! Turned out it was "F, none of none of the above," that head is on a tee that turned the corner!
Also visible in front is part of the drill rod box (blue) and the boring machine (black) down in the hole -- both heavy and moved around using the excavator.
