Thanks to Larimer County Natural Resources, I had the privilege of visiting the future (2030!) site of the 1500+ acre Canyon Edge natural area, in far southwest Loveland near the mouth of the Big Thompson and the Dam Store. Unfortunately our walk to the far southwest end was curtailed by a bull elk and two of his cows, but it was a gorgeous evening and nice to be there.
