My first time taking out the van this year... Thanks to a nudge from Jenny for a short trip to Wyoming that turned out to be (for me) two nights at Vedauwoo campground (USFS). The weather forecast wasn't great, but it ended up nice enough.

The lead-in was a comedy of fits and starts! Ultimately I drove there via Laramie while she and other friends went to Cheyenne... And she waited there for hours in her RV (Wanda) for strong winds to die down so she could join me (after they went home) at the campground. And the next morning Bob Janka joined us from Broomfield while I was out hiking!
