Northwest into Redstone Canyon -- the westernmost sedimentary zone in the foothills, notably beyond the massive granitic (pegmatite) intrusion that forms Horsetooth Mountain and other high terrain to the north and south of it.

My long-time friend Andy lives about three miles away up this valley... And has done that for 35 years!
