This was a typical view east toward Fort Collins from the Rock -- this time the (harder) south tooth. That's the appropriately-named Horsetooth Road heading straight away in the distance.
I'm pushing 70 and slowing down. I couldn't keep up with (younger) Don, but didn't take me too long: 4.6 mi and about 2200' gain in 2:56. Also my sore left arm (torn biceps tendon last Christmas Eve) made scrambling up and down a little harder and riskier, but it did OK.
