Not much memorable or of interest during the 5:17 I spent driving east across the Texas panhandle... Other than a lunch stop in Dalhart, making the tough decision near Hartley to drive east to AR not southeast to TX, and watching the headwind finally become a sideways gale with tumbleweeds crossing the highway, creating huge dust haze all the way.
