The only person I met all day until back near the van was Lipa from Leadville, who arrived on top from Iowa Gulch just after I got there. She checked out a miner cabin about 0.2 mi south on the ridge, and here she was returning. Her two friendly dogs kept wanting to eat my lunch (grin).
