After three hikes within 24 hours totaling nearly 7 hours, 9 miles, and over 1700' of gain, including a lot of scrambling and bushwhacking; plus a delicious Veggie Spud at McAlister's in Laramie (one of two remaining locations), I was surprisingly tired! I didn't want to drive 1.5 hours all the way around to Saratoga, nor go home right away either.

Looking at maps, it appealed to just park for free on the shoreline of Twin Buttes Res, about 15 mi west, for the second time, despite lacking a kayak. So I headed that way -- and passed a turnoff first for another public access area, at Gelatt Lake -- and ended up staying there!
