This is a panel that Cathie's ex-husband Jeff (the electrician) installed around 1995 on an inside wall, now behind a shower curtain. He had 7 circuits started, mostly incomplete in the walls and ceiling, before they moved to Kentucky and later divorced. He only ran it from a generator outside, hence the light single-phase power wires entering at lower left.
I was going to conduit from a new panel on the outside wall to re-energize this old one, but later Cathie convinced me to just pull most of the wires (up to the attic) where possible, abandon it in place, and do any new or reused wiring from the new panel.
