For the first time ever, I hiked between the upper and lower trailheads! About 2.2 mi, nearly all downhill in this direction. Eventually (over an hour since the previous photo) I reached the shoreline of (very full) Horsetooth Reservoir and walked through the long Inlet Bay campground (portion starting on the left).
