Boyd Lake State Park about 7 miles from home is a big, suburban muddy reservoir I've boated before, but wanted to do again for some time. Because the water was low, it was very quiet on an October weekday, but such muddy shorelines it was hard to even land for walks! Really not a lot to get excited about.
