Overlook down east to Crater Lake -- a very remote and obscure location! It was 17 slow gravel miles north of the Snowy Range road west of Laramie, or 15 gravel miles south of Arlington on I-80; then another rough mile east to the trailhead, and 1.5 miles mostly uphill to this view.
