This was just another little solo van trip... 11 days after returning from the previous 4-night outing in Colorado, this time I launched on a 4-night visit to Wyoming, partly to escape a heat wave! I put it off a day, then decided about 1 pm on a Wednesday to pack and go. Naturally it was nearly 4 pm before I actually rolled, this time including a kayak as well as hiking gear.
My adventure included quality time at Rob Roy Reservoir (west of Laramie), two slow hikes totaling nearly 9 miles, and two kayak outings adding up to 10 miles.
