Soon after totality I abandoned the grassy field near the runway because jet noise was just too much. Wandered back to the van, sat in the shade there a bit to digest, and prepared to leave. I found someone from the national guard to make my (delayed) $20 parking donation, watched the very last bit of the moon depart from the sun at 1510, talked with the Suby's, and decided to just head south (for two more nights!) ASAP while they returned to their motel an hour or two later.
This screenshot shows the slow traffic heading west on I-40 plus the first part of my route south toward Hot Springs and Crater of Diamonds.
