The sparkles and tingles that I often get hiking are probably due to prostate or blood pressure drugs. But in this case who knows? After both of us coming down with moderately bad cases of covid for the first time, I got on paxlovid, felt well enough after a while to do this hike, was normal for about four days -- and then relapsed!
