I foolishly volunteered to repair and paint the neighbors' condo (A4) deck in Loveland. It took a long time to coordinate with them and make several trips through their unit or up a ladder to scrape, caulk, replace a rotted shelf, and do several coats of various paints, just to buy some time before wood needed replacing, etc.
