When we bought the Loveland condo in Feb 2021, the inspector observed that various railing openings wider than 4" were no longer safe under code. Over 2 years later Cathie found an excellent solution, although it cost some time and money to implement, inserting metal ballisters in between the existing wooden ones. This shows the incomplete work in progress.
