About 10 miles down the road I pulled over to look sadly at Mount Garfield and take this picture... One more long, tough hike (over 2k' gain) I'd hoped to squeeze in today -- if I'd been up and moving about 2 hours sooner! -- and if it also wasn't cold and rainy. Oh well, maybe some later year...

And a mere 7 hours and 8 stops later I pulled into the garage at home... 7 nights and 1291 mi after leaving.
