Cell signal is weak up there, so I walk about 1/4 mi to the "phone booth" to check in. This time a moose popped out of the woods! And started shambling toward me out of curiosity (they have bad eyesight). I announced myself, walked uphill a bit out of sight, and it left. -- This far digital zoom photo is a bit grainy.
