After months of cold weather and medical fears (after last October, what if I get up there and can't pee?), I finally went back to the cabin (alone) for the first time in 6.5 months. And while it was a lot of work to prepare, suffer through increasingly awful traffic, and move through deep snow, then it was really great, and all went well.
