The SpaceX rocket was first visible in my 1:43 video at 0:37, at the "1 Bravo" call, so I only thought I saw it for 1:06 or so. The video has 1 Bravo at T+1:20 (14.8 km = 9.2 mi), a bit later than I expected, and farther to the left (wrong side of the streetlight); might depend on trajectory? It reappeared after staging, and we saw stage 2 disappearing until about T+5:30.
