My old reliable Craftsman portable drill started having some clutch problems. I played with disassembling it, a little at a time, expecting to break it completely. This is what it looked like maximally torn apart. To my amazement I managed to get it back together and working again! But I still bought a replacement (now a spare), and was even more amazed that I could still order it (although not easily) through Sears in town.
