We bought the 48 year old Loveland "ski condo" in Feb 2021. After much consideration and study, we located and cut the incoming water line to the Loveland condo to install a shutoff valve -- downstream of the old, iffy one buried deep under the garage floor in a nasty crawlspace! (Over three years later the upstairs valve was still working fine.)
