6:48 am; what's special about this picture? Well, I left home so early that I arrived in the area 20 minutes before my 7-9 am entry permit would be valid, and most of the way there, I realized I'd forgotten my park pass at home, which would cost me $25 if they were on duty. After a short rest break at the (closed) Fall River visitor center, I pulled up near the entrance station to make nice and inquire about a bathroom, only to see this sign -- whereupon I raced back to the car and drove through before, say, the 7 am shift arrived to open the kiosk!
