After three quiet nights moored in Oak Bay, we decided it was time to drive north/upstream some of the ~45 river miles back toward Bullfrog. In the morning I did a quick second (and as it turned out, final) outing in my kayak, then we drove the houseboat to park in Llewellyn Gulch, which took under two hours end-to-end, leaving me time for a long solo hike, >4 hours, 3.5 miles round trip, up the canyon and back.
