On a pretty, sunny, windy, cool day, on the fourth day of persistent mild headaches, I downed one acetaminophen (and then felt fine), threw the bike in the truck, and took it to Bobcat Ridge Natural Area. I'd hiked there at least five times, noticed some of the trails looked pretty good for my old hardtail mountain bike, and wanted to explore them that way for several years. I went counter-clockwise around the Valley trails, then out and back to the end of the Eden Valley Spur, for a total of nearly 3 hours, 8.5 miles.
