The new basement shelves replaced this old, solid, but worn, "wine table" that I made around 1979 using wine labels I collected in the summer of 1975(?) working as a cashier in the dining room of the Von Steuben Hotel in Wiesbaden, Germany! We gave away the table after completing the shelves.
