See that vehicle and trailer that was parked near our campsite? It remained overnight and we wondered about it. The next morning a neighbor with a powerboat went out looking, found a single guy a few miles away in an aluminum fishing dinghy with a dead motor, and towed him back. He had food and water but insufficient clothing and no paddle, and spent a miserable cold night out.
