That must be the grader/snowplow owned by the Michigan Hill HOA. It's one of the biggest expenses covered by Cathie's annual fees.

Note the road disappearing on the left side that goes north to Jefferson Lake in the national forest, and twin fourteeners Mount Bierstadt and Mount Evans at upper right.
