Routine if unusual lifestyle (home) maintenance: The 27' of old landscape timbers between 4012 and 4018 must have been 25 years old, and were surprisingly rotted out despite being treated lumber. For about $10 and 3.5 hours of labor, I replaced them with new ones... Between, and even during, rainshowers.

Of course they'll look better when the dirt washes down and the grass grows back in!
