Our first port stop on our first ever cruise involved a tender (not walking off a pier) into Georgetown on the west end of Grand Cayman island. Then we walked a bit south to a nearby spot (Eden Rock) to snorkel for part of an hour, then caught a shuttle bus a few miles north to where Megan and I did some more swimming while Cathie relaxed and read.
