Bad luck with the departure weather... Getting to Florida was a challenge! So we stayed in a motel near the airport the previous night, were barely able to drive to DIA the next morning (December 1), and the flight out was late with deicing and all.
Fortunately we allowed two nights with Mom in the Tampa area before the cruise started, and still got there December 1.
