Well there you have it. I hope you find this material useful and accessible. I assembled it after years of gathering tidbits and considering organizing them all as a website... Finally found the time. I intend to update this site, as needed, for the foreseeable future. For example, it would be nice to add links to some photos. However, this is not and will not become a commercial site, so please don't ask me to add advertising links here to commercial sites.
