One random day in January, finally nearly over a month's worth of intermittent bronchitis and other symptoms, I went for a very long afternoon walk, about four miles and nearly two hours from home, down to the Poudre River, and back around to the library. I happened to take the camera, and also happened to discover that I could walk through the Arapaho Bend Natural Area for a mile, rather than along Strauss Cabin Road, south to Harmony.
It's not obvious from the pictures, but the temperature was above freezing and the conditions were mostly pleasant.
