Since the previous owner wanted to leave a day early, I agreed to be at Bullfrog Marina on Saturday at 3 pm. So I left home (alone, in car, with two kayaks) Friday afternoon, bought a new toilet for the houseboat in Denver (grin), and camped for the night at the Robb State Park in Fruita ($20). It was very over-engineered, but comfortable. The full moon rose over the McDonald's to the east, which was pretty, but it was windy and the most stable platform above the bushes was a fence post!
