It was already getting warm when Jenny and I set out on foot at 8:40 am to find the bridge. We were armed only with a GPS coordinate of unknown quality -- turned out to be precise -- and no map, but plenty of water. We spent 1:45 getting there, enjoyed being way below, on top, and below the bridge, and making a loop back further south that ultimately was easier than the way we'd come up. We were away from Cathie and the houseboat for five hours, but in radio contact.
